Girls Club National Chapter Foundation is a 501 C(6) status organization.

As a Women In Sports Empowerment Non-Profit Organization, we are committed to providing opportunities and resources to young women who are passionate about sports. Our mission is to empower them and help them achieve success in their chosen field. We offer various resources, events, and connections to help them achieve their goals.

Looking to break the stigma that sports is only for the boys, because it’s a girls club too.

President

Delaney Galbraith

Delaney is the founder of Girls Club National Chapter and the CEO of Sports Girls Club LLC. Delaney has worked for notable teams like the Pittsburgh Pirates, Alabama Hockey, Boston Bruins & more. After a year in the post-grad, Delaney was ready to build her company and take it full time. She became a CEO at 23 years old to her sports organization, Sports Girls Club. From there, Delaney decided to house the 26 college chapters through a non-profit organization, thus creating Girls Club National Chapter Foundation.

Vice President

Carley Bauckham

Carley is a 24 year old, former athlete in the sport of hockey. Through her love for the game, Carley found a passion for the marketing behind sports. She has had many jobs in the sports industry from being a General Manager of collegiate baseball teams to her current role of Director of Marketing & Social Media for Bando Performance. Carley has had the opportunity to work in what is one of the most highly sought after sports careers, digital marketing & media. She is the woman behind the camera, instagram account, & more. Her dedication to providing a space for females in the sports community is unparalleled.

Secretary

Scott Howes

Scott comes to GCNC with over forty years of experience as an athlete, coach, and fan. During college, Scott broadcast nearly 75 games on WRPI 91.5FM, covering RPI hockey and football games as a color commentator. He was the Sports Director for WRPI during his senior year, and wrote a number of hockey articles for The Poly, RPI’s student newspaper. Scott has nearly 35 years of experience working in engineering, operations, and quality roles. He strives to help Girls Club National Chapter and its have success in the sports industry.
